100 Gms. Paneer,
2 Simla Mirchi (Diced & Seedless),
2 Onions (Chopped),
2 Tomatoes (Chopped),
7 to 8 Garlic Paste,
Half Tea Spoon Ginger Paste,
Half Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder,
Half Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Garam Masala Powder,
Half Bowl Whipped Curd,
8 to 10 Cashew nuts,
Quarter Bowl Chopped Coriander,
1 Table Spoon Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and
Salt to Taste.
Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and deep fry diced Paneer and keep it aside.
Deep fry Cashew nut and keep it aside.
Now in leftover Oil fry Chopped Onion until golden brown.
Add Pitambari Ruchiyana Garam Masala Powder, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Pitambari Red Chilli Powder and mix it well.
Now add diced Simla Mirchi, whipped curd and Chopped Tomato in the mixture.
Add Salt to Taste and water. Cover it with Lid and allow to cook well.
Now add deep fried Paneer pieces and deep fried Cashew Nuts in the gravy.
Add Green Coriander and again mix it well.
Hot Paneer with Simla ready to serve.
