150 to 200 Grams Fresh Paneer (Diced)
1 Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Garam Masala Powder
1 and Half Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder
Half Tea Spoon Chaat Masala
1 Tea Spoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt to Taste
1 Tea Spoon Ginger (Chopped)
1 Tea Spoon Garlic (Chopped)
5 to 6 Table Spoon Cornflour
Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum (Diced) (Each Half Bowl)
1 Bowl White Onion (Diced)
4 to 5 Tea Spoon Tomato Ketchup
1 Tea Spoon Sugar
2 Table Spoon Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil
1 Tea Spoon White Vinegar
Quarter Bowl Green Coriander (Fine Chopped)
In bowl take Ginger-Garlic Paste, Chaat Masala, Half Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Garam Masala Powder, Half Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder, Salt to Taste, Lime Juice and mix it well.
Add little water in this mixture and again mix it well.
Now add diced Paneer and marinate well with Masala mixture and keep it aside for Half an Hour.
After Half an Hour coat Paneer pieces with Dry Cornflour and shallow fry these Paneer pieces in Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil.
Keep Paneer pieces aside after shallow fry.
Now in leftover Oil add Chopped Ginger, Chopped Garlic, Tomato Ketchup, Half Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Garam Masala Powder, Three Forth Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder, Diced White Onion and Diced Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum and fry it well. Add little water, sugar and salt to taste.
Boil it well and now add Cornflour paste in it.
Red gravy is ready. Now add fried Paneer pieces in the gravy and mix well it with gravy.
Switch off the flame and now add White Vinegar and Fine chopped Green Coriander.
Delicious Paneer Tikka Masala (with Gravy) ready to serve.
