300 to 400 Gms Cauliflower (Chopped & Boiled)
300 to 400 Gms Green Peas (Boiled)
3 to 4 Tomatoes (Fine Chopped)
1 Green Capsicum (Fine Chopped)
4 to 5 Onions (Fine Chopped)
2 Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Pavbhaji Masala
1 Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder
1 Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Garam Masala Powder
1 Inch Ginger (Paste)
15 to 20 Garlic (Paste)
2 Tea Spoon Coriander-Cumin Powder
3 to 4 Medium sized Potatoes (Boiled, Peeled and smashed)
Half Tea Spoon Rock Salt
Salt to Taste
Coriander (Fine chopped)
2 Table Spoon Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil
Take a pan and heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and add Chopped Onion in it.
Now add Pitambari Ruchiyana Garam Masala Powder, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Pitambari Ruchiyana Pavbhaji Masala Powder,
Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder and mix it well.
Make three equal portion of Boiled Cauliflower, Green Peas, Capsicums and tomatoes.
Now add first portion of all vegetable in Masala and mix it well.
As the vegetable became dry add Second Portion of Vegetable and mix it well.
Repeat the same with Third portion of vegetable.
Finally when vegetable became dry, add Coriander-Cumin Powder, Rock Salt, Salt as per taste and water and make thick gravy of it.
Add Chopped Green Coriander and butter.
Serve it with roasted butter Pav and Green Salad.
