  1. Boil water and add Desi ghee and pinch of salt in the water.
  2. Add Rice flour in boiled water and mix it well.
  3. Rice Flour steamed dough is ready.
  4. Knead this dough properly.
  5. Take a small portion of dough and roll it like Chapati.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of Jaiphal powder on Chapati.
  7. Now sprinkle Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder.
  8. Apply thick layer of Seedless Dates paste in the centre of Chapati and also sprinkle layer of grated Dry Coconut, Sesame Til and Khas-khas on it.
  9. Gently fold both the sides of Chapati and Make a nice Roll of Stuffed Chapati. Seal the sides properly.
  10. Cut the Roll into pieces.
  11. Dust Sweet Rolls pieces with little amount of dry rice flour and Sesame (Til)
  12. Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and Deep fry these rolls.
  13. Golden Brown Khajurachi Bakarwadi ready to serve.
